Hi, all! My name is Emilee Crossley, and I am a huge beauty junkie! I am a military spouse currently in Southern California. I run Kiss & Makeup Beauty Blog, where I post about various beauty and lifestyle tips, tricks, and reviews.

I am excited to be moonlighting on Regen’s blog to share with you five post-workout beauty products you need to try!

We work out when we can

Being a little smelly after a workout is a necessary evil. It’s nearly impossible to avoid, actually.

Working out is a part of a healthy lifestyle, and it may be hard to figure out when and where are the best times to squeeze one in.

I’ve found that getting one in when I can is the best way to make sure I’m breaking a sweat more days than I’m not.

Sometimes squeezing in a workout means the timing may not be ideal. You may have to go back to work after, or you may be meeting your friends for Happy Hour after your yoga class.

Whatever it is, here are some products you should keep in your gym bag to freshen up post-workout!

Face and body wipes

I randomly picked up these Cucumber + Citrus Face and Body Wipes from Trader Joe’s, and I am loving them.

These wipes are lightly scented and contain skin-friendly ingredients like aloe vera to soothe your skin as you use.

They are perfect for freshening up a sweaty face and body when a shower is simply out of the question (or you forget to bring your shower shoes with you to the gym. Yuck!)

A multi-use makeup product

Another post-workout beauty product I highly recommend is a product you can use for your eyes, lips, and face.

A multi-use makeup product I love is the Milk Makeup Lip + Cheek stick in the shade Werk.

Even the name is fitting!

Cream products make the most sense here because they are so versatile. You can easily apply them with your fingers.

And, products you can use on your lips and cheeks really cut back on all the crap you need to remember to bring with you to the gym.

I got this little travel size as a free birthday gift from Sephora, and she is the perfect size to travel with me anywhere.

No-fuss foundation

If you squeeze your workouts in whenever you can, it’s best not to dawdle getting ready all over again.

I like using post-workout beauty products that are effortless but still look amazing.

That’s why I always reach for my bareMinerals Original Powder foundation. I’ve used this product ever since I first started wearing makeup, and I keep coming back to it.

I spot cover pimples by dipping my fingers in the powder foundation and gently patting it on to my pimples (pretty heavily). Then I grab my EcoTools Domed Bronzer Brush and swirl it my bareMinerals foundation and apply it all over my face.

It also has SPF 15 to help protect your skin from damage, without any extra steps.

It takes all of 2 seconds to use this foundation.

That’s why this is a post-workout beauty product you need to have in your gym bag.

Dry shampoo, duh

Nothing screams, “I just worked out hard,” quite like having sweaty hair does.

Soak up all that sweat and oil with dry shampoo.

I’ve tried many kinds, and I’m currently using Suave

Before you work out, I think it’s a good idea to secure your hair in a low pony with a crease-less ponytail holder like an Invisibobble.

After your workout, apply dry shampoo on areas that look oily or sweaty. This includes sectioning your hair and getting areas that you may not see. I always get the sweatiest at the back of my neck, so I make sure to spray the product there really well.

Let the dry shampoo sit while you’re doing the other steps in your post-workout beauty routine. Then, just before you’re ready, massage, and rub the dry shampoo into your scalp to get rid of any white residue.

Your hair will be voluminous and feel a lot cleaner than it would otherwise. No one will know you just killed it in your kickboxing class.

This may be obvious, but bring out the deodorant

Sweaty can mean smelly. Not always. But a lot of the time.

After using your face and body wipes, it’s a good idea to reapply some deodorant after your work out.

I make sure to let my pits try completely after using the wipe before I apply more deodorant post-workout.

I’m a natural deodorant user, and I’m loving the Lavanila Vanilla & Eucalyptus stick at the moment, though.

I don’t really care for vanilla scents, but it blends so nicely with the eucalyptus. It keeps me smelling great all day long.

Post-workout princess

I hope that these products gave you some ideas for post-workout beauty products to carry with you in your gym bag or purse to take you from sweaty to fab in a jiff.

I love being able to share products I love with as many people as I can, and Kiss & Makeup is the best place for me to do that!

Kill your workout, girl! I’m rooting for you!
